With Harry. I don’t know who he is, or how he came to have so many wonderful cars, but I think his life is everything I want mine to be. He just cruises around Europe in a bunch of exotic cars of his choosing!

I like to think, given his resources, I’d do the same thing. Instead I drive my MR2 and pretend it’s in the same league.

I drive my ‘97 Safari and my ‘91 Corolla and they are definitely in the same league.

Put that F-Type Engine in your MR2, then you’ll be in the same league. Or you could just dump a FWD based LS in it.

Legendary British car reviewer best know for his work with EVO. Now works for JLR in their SVO division. As you may or may not have noticed, car reviewers in the UK (in particular those who work for performance oriented magazines) get paid rather well and as a result tend to have some proper quality car collections.

That’s glorious! I actually did piece most of that together from drips and drabs in his videos (especially the Zonda and Jag Project 7 ones). But it all makes sense now.

I imagine he’s been paid very well.

I’M NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR SUPER-TYTE JDM HACK JOBS, I WANT SOMETHING EXOTIC

Today I learned his Zonda C12S 7.3 weighs around the same as my MR2 and I’m ready to die

He didn’t just work for EVO, he founded it and sold a large portion of his ownership stake.

So yes, he’s been paid very, very well.

Harry Metcalfe is the founder of Evo Magazine.

http://www.gmotors.co.uk/news/evo-magazine-founder-harry-metcalfe-starts-his-own-youtube-channel-introduces-his-1954-series-i-land-rover/

Harry Metcalfe founded the Evo magazine back in 1998 and for a long time was the editorial director. Today the magazine is run by Nick Trott and Harry has stepped back, but not away from the automotive world.

Harry has now launched his very own YouTube channel called “ Harry’s Garage .”

The man behind Evo is well known for his supercar collection, so we can expect to see some great reviews of some classic and newer cars. The first episode takes a closer look at his open-top 1954 Land Rover Series I.

Besides his own private fleet it is likely he will be visiting different events and reviewing new cars. Of course by new cars we are not talking about your average man’s rides, but more exclusive luxury and sports cars.

Harry’s YouTube account, f you didn’t already have it.

Thanks! :D

Something about seeing the owner’s side of the car rather than a random press build, it’s what I like. For example I now know that it’s common in the Zonda world for owners to upgrade their cars toward F spec.

That sounds more in line with his financial situation.
